SWIM
Jared did his 3rd St. George Tri last weekend. This one was different because the wind was blowing & I had to wear my jacket the whole time. Normally we roast in the sun & get a sun burn not a wind burn. Jared was in about the 3rd heat & when it came to his turn they ended up canceling the swim because there were white caps. So the people who didn't get to swim all started from where they would've come out of the swim and just biked & ran.

Afterward we went swimming at the condos where we had my family vacation a couple weeks ago. It took only a few tries to figure out the code to the gate.

Wow, I think that it's amazing that he does this!! I'm not very good at swimming, and I really really suck at biking!! Hey, the other night Tyler and I were looking up movies to watch online while he worked on art stuff. I remembered watching Wayne's World forever ago at your house, so we decided to watch that. I reminded me of hanging out at your house all the time when we were younger!! We had a lot of fun! Okay, this wasn't really fun, but now that it's years later it's kinda funny,...do you remember when Bonnie fell out of your tree? Maybe that shouldn't be funny, but it kind of is. Any way, we should go camping again this summer! Hey, are you guys going to be in BL for the 4th? If so, we'll probably see ya there!
Jared is quite the athlete. That is too bad they couldn't finish. The hike looked like it had a gorgeous view from the top. And the slidding down the rocks into the water. A little scary. You look so good Heather. Just thought I'd tell ya:)

Looks like you guys have been up to a lot of fun stuff. I love the picture of Jared sleeping after his bi-athlon. And, I love those red rocks of St. George. I wish we could have joined you on that hike!
Awesome job Jared! I wish I could do one but it's hard to swim with only one arm cause the other one has to plug my nose! You guys are so fun! It was good to see you guys at Gillespie's! We really will have to plan a trip to see Jer and Stef!
In answer to your question about the pole vault relay. No. You just run with it. I think it was mostly just for fun. It's pretty laid back here. The whole track program is pretty small this year. Oh, it's also a coed race, but we couldn't get another boy to do it. So, we just had one guys and three girls. It was pretty fun though.
